1.1 – Any service commissioned from Beenaria will result in the Client being the sole primary owner of the deliverable work.
1.2 – Beenaria will design and develop the website according to the Client’s prior specifications, which must be provided before the commencement of development to avoid extending the estimated delivery timeline.
1.3 – Delivery timelines are estimated based on the assumption that Beenaria will have received all necessary content and information from the Client before starting the project.
1.4 – Payment terms require a 50% deposit before commencing the project, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and approval by both parties.
1.5 – Websites that include client-managed features, such as blogs or shopping carts, will be delivered with placeholder content unless otherwise agreed with the Client.
1.6 – Beenaria develops the project on its own servers in real-time, allowing the Client to monitor progress. The Client may request changes, additions, or deletions during the development process; such requests may be subject to additional charges based on their complexity and are not included in the initial budget.
1.7 – Once the website is live, any changes or modifications that were visible during the development phase will be considered updates and will be billed separately.
1.8 – Clients who host their websites on Beenaria’s servers will receive additional support related to hosting services, including upgrades, updates, and migrations, at no extra charge.
1.9 – The Client may choose to host the website on a server of their choice. In this case, the Client must provide Beenaria with access to their hosting control panel and FTP credentials. Beenaria will not be responsible for any server incompatibilities or required installations needed for the website to function properly.
1.10 – Quality work cannot be rushed. Beenaria does not offer "rush" jobs or create "trendy logos." We believe in building brands through a solid, ongoing relationship with the Client.
1.11 – Any changes or modifications requested by the Client after 30 calendar days from the project delivery date will be considered updates and will be billed separately.
1.12 – Beenaria reserves the right to refuse any service or project and will not develop material containing violent, racist, defamatory, or harassing content directed at individuals or groups.
1.13 – Beenaria does not guarantee compatibility with Internet Explorer, as it is a discontinued browser with no support and known issues.
2.1 – Beenaria is committed to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding your personal data.
2.2 – The Client consents to Beenaria collecting and processing data and information solely for the purpose of managing the requested service(s) and not for sharing with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
2.3 – The Client understands that Beenaria may occasionally send information related to professional services that may be of interest to their business. If the Client does not wish to receive such information, they can opt-out by following the instructions provided in the communication.
3.1 – Beenaria will take all reasonable steps to ensure the security and integrity of the services provided but will not be liable for any misuse of information by the Client.
3.2 – Beenaria will create and store backups of the work after delivery but will not be responsible for any data loss or configuration issues resulting from future modifications made by the Client on self-managed sites.
6.1 – The quoted prices are valid for 15 calendar days.
6.2 – Upon acceptance of the quote, the Client must pay a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due upon satisfactory completion of the project.
6.3 – For minimal service requests, payment may be made upon completion of the service.
6.4 – Payment for services may be made by credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer, and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment processor.
6.5 – Beenaria reserves the right to change service fees without prior notice, except for ongoing projects where the agreed-upon price will be honored for that period.
6.6 – All prices are exclusive of sales tax, VAT, or any other applicable taxes or fees, including international transaction fees, if applicable.
6.7 – In the event of non-payment, Beenaria reserves the right to suspend the Client’s account or services and withdraw any delivered material until the outstanding balance is paid in full. The Client is responsible for the outstanding balance from the moment the payment commitment is made.
6.8 – Any failure by the Client to pay the agreed fees by the due date will be considered a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
7.1 – The Client may request to cancel their service at any point during the development process, and only the proportional amount of work completed up to that point will be charged.
7.2 – As the hosting and domain expiration date approaches, the client will be notified via email one month in advance. If we do not receive a response from the client by the expiration date, we will assume the service is canceled and will delete all content hosted on our servers.
7.3 – To cancel a service with Beenaria, the Client must contact us via email explaining the reasons for the cancellation. Upon receiving the request, the Client will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
7.4 – Beenaria will not provide refunds for hours of development or production work already completed.
